Science Olympiad
Henderson Middle School competes in the Middle School Division (Division B) of the Science Olympiad. There are around 20 events which rotate and change each year, so some events may come and go. We can have up to 15 students on a team, and usually have 2 teams. Students will usually study 3 to 4 events/topics and will compete with one partner (each event).
Parents are required to help coach/guide 1-2 events if the child becomes a team member.
Science Olympiad is a team oriented activity. Every student who makes the team is a part of its success. It is a big commitment.
