Fundraising
We are looking for Fundraising Chairs!
Co-VP of FUNDRAISING - The job of this role is to raise funds to support school programs, events, and initiatives. This person, in conjunction with their co-chair, coordinates fundraising activities such as spirit nights and oversees the PTSA’s big fundraising effort, HundredX. This effort requires in-person marketing and social media presence. This role makes sure fundraising is advertised within the school through the daily announcements to foster competition between the school teams. Facilitating communication and engagement are the most time-intensive demands of the job. This role also solicits local businesses for sponsorships for school events. Attend PTSA Board meetings and school-wide meetings, as you are able. This role is perfect for a parent that can do this kind of work on their own schedule and sets goals.
Skills: Communicating effectively, outgoing, enjoys fundraising, ability to create fliers / advertisements is a plus
Commitment: (80% virtual) Heavier hours during HundredX. Otherwise approx 4 hours monthly coordinating and attending spirit nights
